The New Standard in Powered Air Purifying Respirators

The RPB® PX5® is a battery powered air purifying respirator fan unit which draws in contaminated air from the users immediate vicinity, passing it through internal filters, and supplying the filtered air to an approved RPB® loose fitting respirator head top. The PX5® has a HEPA filter with a minimum efficiency of 99.9999% 0.12 micron. The unit has built in audible, visual and physical safety alarms which alert when filters need to be replaced, or there is an obstruction of airflow. The PX5® is tested to IP 65 for water and dust ingress while in operation. This type of respirator is not appropriate for every environment or contaminant.
